Our Manufacturing Warranty
SANAMAMA Ltd. warrants this product against defects in composite
materials and workmanship. We are fully confident in our product and are
prepared to either repair or replace it free of charge during the first twelve
calendar months after purchase, should your carrier not meet our usual
high standards. Proof of purchase will be necessary in all such instances
and we will need you to return your SANAMAMA directly to us so that we
are able to make a reasonable decision as to whether the carrier will need
to be repaired or replaced. Contact information can be found at the back
of this booklet.
Our Return Policy
SANAMAMA takes customer satisfaction very seriously. We have put
all of our cultural and developmental research into creating a product
that is easy to use and comfortable for both you and your baby. It has
been a personal journey developing and trying various prototypes out
on ourselves until we were 100% happy with our final product. We are
confident that you’ll get much joy out of using your SANAMAMA. For some
there may be a natural “teething” process while you and your baby get
used to using it and we are here to help you in any way so please don’t
hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns
about your SANAMAMA. If after first contacting us you are still not
getting on with the SANAMAMA way of life, we offer a 30 day refund after
purchase, less shipping and handling and provided that the carrier is as
new and has not been damaged or tampered with in any way. SANAMAMA
Ltd. retains the right to determine whether or not the returned carrier is
eligible for a full refund.
