3. MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
• After using the Fryer, unplug the unit and make sure it has completely cooled down.
• Remove the items used for cleaning. All these items can be washed by hand or in
the dishwasher. However, make sure to place them in the right position so they are
not bent and lose their functionality. Use a damp cloth to clean the rest of the unit
and the lid.
