TIPS TO PREPARE FOOD
• Any food requiring one or two spoonfuls of oil to be cooked should be sprayed with the
oil before being placed in the fryer.
We recommend placing them together in a bowl and stir so that the oil is evenly distrib-
uted.
• Do not overfill the frying basket, as this might decrease the final quality of the food
cooked.
• Halfway through the frying time you can open the lid to check the cooking point and stir
the food. While the lid is open, the main container will stop turning for greater ease. Shut
the lid again and let the cooking continue until the programmed time ends.
