VI DIGITAL SETUP
(Dolby digital setup)
The setup structural chart is as follows:
OP MODE (Output mode)
LINE OUT (Line output): Perform linear compact for
input signals. Lower volume is relatively adaptable
to uses at night.
RF REMOD (RF adjustment):Greater volume is su-
ited to uses by day.
Dynamic Range
When you select the compact model as „Line output”,
select this item to adjust the linear compact ratio and acqu-
ire the compact effect of different signals. When FULL is
selected, the crestcrest value of audio signals is to the mi-
nimum. When OFF is selected it becomes maximum.
Note
:
Only when the mix mode setup in the speaker setup is
„OFF” is it valid.
DUAL MONO (Left+Right)
This item is to set up an output mode for audio out-
put L/R route signals; it includes four modes such as
stereo sound, left track, right track and mixed track
mainly for the selection of Kara okay mode for AC 3.
Prompts for Customers:
For the sake of prolonging service life of the unit, the
interval between continuous starting of the unit must
be over 30 seconds.
In the case of no long-term use, please pull out the
power plug.
The applicable voltage must be within the range of
specified limit, or else it will be impossible to play or
the unit will be even burnt.
This unit cannot play those enciphered disks com-
pressed by certain customers.
In the case of any casual lock up, please restart the
unit.
Troubleshooting
Before requesting service for this player, check the items
below for a possible cause of the problem you are expe-
riencing. Some simple checks or a minor adjustment on
your part may eliminate the problem and restore proper
operation.

Ensure that the equipment is connected properly.
Connect the video cable securely into the appropria-
te jacks.
