4. Troubleshooting

► Error Code

M3–1110

► Error message

Paper Jam in exit area.

► Symptom

A paper jam was detected in the exit area.

► Troubleshooting method

1) Open the rear cover. Remove the jammed paper. (Refer to 4.1.3 Jam removal)

2) Check if the Guide-Change Duplex of the rear cover is defective.

3) Check if the exit sensor and actuator is working normally.
