4. Troubleshooting

Xpress M2625 / M2825 Series

1) Open the front cover, and then remove the Toner

Cartridge.

2) Remove the Drum Unit.

3) Pull the jam guides, then remove a jammed paper.

4) Close the jam guide.

5) Install the Drum Unit.

6) Close the front cover and check printing automatically

resumes.
