Washing machine won’t
work
- Is the washer plugged in?
- Is the power cut off?
- Is the fuse operating?
- Is the water tap opened?
- Is there enough water?

Water dose not drain
- Is the drain hose down?
- Is the drain hose frozen?
- Is the drain hose clogged?
- If the water dose not drain
in 15 minutes, the display
panel will show “5E”.
Water is not supplied
- Is the water tap opened?
- Is the water cut off?
- Is the water supply hose or
hose connection clogged?
- Is the water tap frozen?
- If water is not supplied in 20
minutes , the display panel
will show “4E”.
Spinning does not work
- Is the laundry spread out
evenly in the washer?
- In the washer set on a
sturdy flat surface?
- Is the washer lid closed?
- Is the

Cause
Spin course is changed to rinse
course suddenly
When the clothes are unbalanced, spin will be changed to rinse
automatically to keep them balance; then spin will be recovered.
After the above steps, if the problem isn’t solved and the panel
display “UE”, open the washer lid and set the clothes level.
Water is not supplied, and the
pulsator rotates repeatedly
After selecting washing program and pressing
Start/pause
button,
the washer will check laundry amount and water level through rotating
the pulsator; then water will be supplied.
the spin tub rotates intermittently
when starting spinning
When starting spinning, the spin basket will start slowly and then
speed up to spin intermittently, so as to avoid residual lather.
Water is supplied while washing
The washer checks level while washing and rinsing; and water will be
supplied if the level is low.

In order to prevent the clothes from tilting to one side and avoid
unbalance while spinning (abnormal noise will appear while the

If the power cord keeps connecting with the socket, part of the
control panel will be heat slightly. It’s normal; please feel at ease using
it. This phenomenon will disappear after unplugging.
the displayed wash time is different
from the actual wash time
Because water pressure, voltage and power frequency of different
areas, actual operation time may differ from the time of washing
machine.
