Ⅳ. ADJUSTMENT
21. FW test
A. Purpose
This is for checking whether the firmwares adapted on the script and test are same or not.
B. Behavior
①
Check the version of firmware.
②
Compare the version of firmware adapted on the script.
③
If the version is not same, NG message displays and the adjustment stops.
(As the firmware is released continuously while the camera is produced, there may be different firmware.
Firmwares adapted on the script and test must be good to pass this test.)
C. Spec (Standard for checking defect)
If the firmwares are different, it is bad.
E. Log File Inspection
No Log files.
22. Flash firing test
A. Purpose
This is for testing the Flash. The amount of flash exposure is checked during the general adjustment,
the flash should be test before shipment. Sometimes, defected flashes are found among the good flashes.
Repeat the checking for the standard times.
B. Behavior
①
Camera sends a signal to the measuring instrument through the nextadj.
②
The measuring instrument waits for the flash exposure.
③
Flash is fired.
④
The measuring instrument checks the exposure and decides NG or OK.
C. Spec (Standard for checking defect)
The measuring instrument decides the exposure.
E. Log File Inspection
No log file.
23. LOCK LEVEL test
A. Purpose
This is for the power checking when the Lock voltage is generated.
B. Behavior
①
The measuring instrument reduces the voltage of power supplied to the camera.
②
The camera generates beep when the voltage is under the Lock Level. And then the camera is turned off.
C. Spec (Standard for checking defect)
If the camera is turned off correctly, there are no problems.
