OSM Lock/Unlock 

Use this function to prevent the current settings but Brightness and Contrast from being 
changed inadvertently. Brightness and Contrast are adjustable while OSM is in Lock state. 
You can Lock or Unlock the OSM controls by following the procedure described below.

setting is locked.
