The Prepend option lets you add digits such as area codes and
network feature activation codes (for example, to temporarily
cancel call waiting) to a phone number that is stored in your
Internal Phone Book or Call Logs. To prepend existing phone
numbers in the Internal Phone Book:
1.
Press
to display the Main menu.
2.
Press
for Internal Phone Book.
Remember you can access the Internal Phone Book by
Name simply by pressing
.
3.
Find the number that you want to prepend;
press
to Find Name or press
to Find Entry.
4.
Press
to scroll to the number/person you want to
prepend and press
.
5.
Press
or
for more options.
6.
Press
for Prepend.
7.
Enter the prepend digits (area code or feature activation
code) by pressing the digit keys. For feature calls, press
before dialing the feature code.
8.
Press
to call the prepended number.
To prepend a phone number from your Call Logs:
1.
Press
to display the Main menu.
2.
Press
for Calls.
3.
Press:
to prepend a number in the Outgoing Call Log.
to prepend a number in the Incoming Call Log.
to prepend a number in the Missed Call Log.
