Your phone can be set to display a confirmation message
when a roaming call is about to be placed or received. This is
helpful if you want to avoid roaming charges. To change your
roaming call guard setting:
1.
Press
to display the Main menu.
2.
Press
for Roaming.
3.
Press
for Call Guard. The message “Extra step
required to make or take roam calls” briefly displays.
4.
Select Yes or No using the scroll keys.
5.
When the desired setting displays, press
to save the
setting or
to exit without saving.
If you selected “Yes”, the message “Extra key press
required for roam calls” briefly displays.
If you selected “No”, the message “No extra step to make
or take roam calls” briefly displays.
