Password/Fingerprint
Problem Troubleshooting Reference
Cannot open the door
using password or the
fingerprint.
- Password and fingerprint cannot open the door while
double lock system is on. If you touch [Number Pad]
while the double lock system is on, "peep" sound will
ring.

is confirmed, but the
door is not opening.
There might be an error with locking system. Contact the
customer support center.

Auto-lock
Problem Troubleshooting Reference
The door will not lock
automatically even
after closed.
- Check if the system is in auto-lock mode. In manual-
lock, touching [Number Pad] of [Open Fingerprint Cover]
button will lock the door.
- If the door is not locked in auto-lock mode, the doorlock
is not installed properly. See digital doorlock company
for the reinstall.
- Auto locking function does not work when the battery is
completely discharged. See if it is the case.

Warning alarm

When [Open
Fingerprint Cover]
button is pressed, the
warning bell 'peep
peep' will ring.
[Open Fingerprint Cover] button will sound while the double
lock system is on. Please check if it is on and turn it off
before you use.

When door lock
operates, the melody
(Fur Elise) will be
played continuously.
The sound indicates the need for a battery change. Please
replace the batteries with new ones within a week.
