Viewing a message

1. Open the message folder you want.

2. Select the message you want to view.

Accessing message options

From any message folder, you can access the following
options by tapping

Menu

; depending on the selected

folder, available options may vary:
•

New

: creates a new text or multimedia message.

•

Reply

: sends a reply to the sender and/or all other

recipients, or forwards the message to other people.

•

Mark as Unread

Mark as Read

: allows you to mark

the message as unread or read. Unread messages are
boldfaced on the message list.

•

Follow up

: allows you to add a flag to the message that

creates a follow-up task. You can set a time to be
reminded of the task. This option is available for Outlook
Email messages.

•

Move...

: allows you to move the message to other

folders.

•

Delete All

: deletes all of the messages.

•

Delete All Read

: deletes all of the messages you have

read.

•

Go To

: allows you to access other folders.

•

Tools

: allows you to manage messages or message

folders.

•

Download Message

Do Not Download

: allows you to

set the phone to download the complete contents of the
e-mail from the e-mail server, or cancel the download
setting.
