Send settings

Reply path:
allows the recipient of your message to send you a
reply message using your message center, if your network
supports this service.
♦
Delivery report
: when this option is enabled, the network informs
you whether or not your message has been delivered.

Character support
: select a character encoding type. If you select
Auto
, the phone switches the encoding type from
GSM-alphabet
to
Unicode
if you enter an unicode character. Use of
Unicode
encoding will reduce the maximum number of characters in a
message to about half. If this menu is not shown, your phone
provides the
Auto
character encoding by default.

Validity period
: you can select the length of time your messages
are stored in the message center after they are sent. The actual
expiry date is determined by your service provider's configuration.

Message type
: set the default type to one of
Text
,
Fax
,
Voice
,
ERMES
,
X.400
, or

Service center
: allows the recipient of your message to send you a
reply through your message center, if your network supports this
service.
When you are finished editing your Profile setting, press the
Save
soft key.
Block number
Set the Blocked number list to reject SMS messages from specific
phone numbers. Enter a number in each
Empty
slot. Press the
Options
key and select
Save
to record your changes.
