The following illustration shows some of the main elements of your phone

Power Interface Connector/Headset Jack:
The power interface
connector is used to connect the charging accessories and the headset
cord.

Volume key:
Allows you to adjust the ringer volume in standby mode,
mute the ringer when receiving a call and adjust the voice volume
during a call. It can also be used to scroll up or down to navigate
through menu options. When the phone is closed, press and hold to
toggle the display on or off. If you are using the Music Player to play
music with the phone closed and the display off, press and hold this
key to activate the Music Player Control Keys.

Music Player Control Keys:
This touch sensitive pad allows control of
music being played while the phone is closed. These controls include:
return to the previous file, pause/resume playback, and skip to the next
file during playback. These controls are inactive when the Front LCD is
off; press the Volume Key to reactivate them and the display.
