Voicemail
New voice messages in your voicemail are logged in the Voicemail folder of the
Messages menu. Open the Voicemail folder to view the Callback # (if available),
Urgency, and other details of new voicemail messages.
1.
In standby mode, press
Menu
➔
Messages
➔
Voicemail
. A Voicemail status
screen indicating the number of new messages in your voice mailbox, their
urgency, and any callback numbers appears in the display.
2.
Press to call your voice mailbox and listen to your voice messages.
Note:
In standby mode, you can press and hold
to dial your voice mailbox.
Erasing Messages
You can erase all of the messages in each folder or in all of your message folders
from one convenient location.
1.
In standby mode, press
Menu
➔
Messages
➔
Erase Messages
.
2.
Select the folder containing the messages you wish to delete.
3.
To delete all messages in the selected folder, press the
Yes
soft key.
Press the
No
soft key to cancel.
Message Settings
The Msg Settings options let you define numerous message settings.
In standby mode, press
Menu
➔
Messages
➔
Msg Settings
to choose from the
following options:
•
General
: Allows you to choose from these options: Text Templates, Voicemail #, Entry
Mode, Callback #, Signature, and Message Alerts.
•
Text Message
: Allows you to turn On or Off Auto Scroll.
