Step 4 – Headphone Jack/Speaker Assembly

•

Locate and remove the ten small Phillips screws

(#00) that secure the plastic frame to the front

panel assembly.

•

Locate the connector for the headphone jack/
speaker assembly. Using the plastic opening tool,
pry it up and out of its socket.

•

With the headphone jack/speaker assembly

disconnected from the motherboard, use the plastic

opening tool and pry it out from the phone.
