4.2.3. No Sound
Symptom
•
Video is normal but there is no sound.
Major checkpoints
•
When the speaker connectors are disconnected or damaged.
•
When the sound processing part of the Main Board is not functioning.
•
Speaker defect.
•
SMPS not supplying voltage to the main board
Diagnostics
Is the cable connection between Main board and
the speaker properly connected?
Connect the cable properly or replace the
cable, if necessary.
Is the output voltage of SMPS normal?
(CN804 pin #4 : 15VS)
Replace the SMPS.
