Setting up a conference during a call
Select this menu option if you would like to set up a
conference.
1.
Press the [R] button during a phone
conversation. The call will then be put on hold
and the other party can hear a melody.
2.
Enter the telephone number of the external or
internal participant and Press the [SEND]
button. If you switch from one caller to
another, press the [R] button.
3.
Press the [MENU] and Press the
button and move to [4: Conference].
4.
Press the [OK] button.
5.
The existing connections will be joined
together and you can hold your telephone
conference.
