WIP-5000M User Guide

Forwarding an external call to an 
internal phone 

This is used to hold a call for a while during a 
phone conversation. 
 

1.

 Press the [R] button during a phone 

conversation. The call will be put on hold and 
the other subscriber hears that ‘the call is on 
hold’. 

 

 
 
 
 

 

2.

  Enter the telephone number of the extension. 

Press the [SEND] button. If the extension 
answers the call, inform the person that you 
are forwarding a call to him/her. If you switch 
from one caller to another, press the [R] 
button. 

 

3.

 Press the [END] button. 

The held call has been forwarded.
