Keep Warm
Keeps cooked food warm at a low temperature up to 3 hours.
1. Place the container with the food on a
rack, and then close the door.
2. Set the temperature selector knob to
the
OFF position.
3. Turn the mode selector knob from OFF
to the Keep Warm position.
4. The oven heats up to 170 °F (77 °C).
NOTE
You can cancel Keep Warm at any time by setting the mode selector knob to the
OFF position.

Oven light
Turns the oven light on and off.
Press the
Oven Light
switch button to turn
the oven light on and off.
Bread proof
Bread proof provides an optimal temperature for the bread proofing process,
and therefore does not require a temperature adjustment. For the best results,
always start the Bread proof option with a cool oven.
1. Place the container with the dough on a
rack, and then close the door.
2. Set the temperature selector knob to
the
OFF position.
3. Turn the mode selector knob from OFF
to the Proof position.
4. The oven heats up to 100 °F.
NOTE
You can cancel Bread proof at any time by setting the mode selector knob to the
OFF position.
CAUTION
• Do not use Bread proof when the oven temperature is above 100 °F. If the
temperature is above 100 °F, Bread proof will not function. Instead, a warning
beep will sound 3 times and the mode and temperature selector knob lights
will blink ice blue. Wait until the oven cools down.
•
Do not use Bread proof for warming food. The proofing temperature is not hot
enough to keep food warm.
• Place the dough in a heat-safe container on rack position 3 or 4 and cover it
with a cloth or with plastic wrap. The plastic wrap may need to be anchored
underneath the container so that the oven does not blow it off the dough.
•
To avoid lowering the temperature and extending proofing time, do not open
the oven door.
