Selecting the Heating Mode
Select the heating mode to raise the room temperature.
1
Press the
(ON/OFF) button to turn on the indoor unit.
(Do not press the
(ON/OFF) button if the remote
controller is on).
Result:
The air-conditioner will be turned on with the
mode selected when the unit was last used.
Caution
The air-conditioner has a built-in protection
mechanism to prevent the unit from being
damaged when it is started immediately after
being:
Plugged in
Stopped
The air-conditioner will start up after 3 minutes.

To select the HEAT mode, press the
button until
Heat
is
displayed on the remote controller.
Result:
The air-conditioner will run in heating mode.

To adjust the temperature, press the
buttons to set
the desired temperature.
The temperature can be set between 16°C and 30°C.
Result:
The temperature is adjusted by 1°C when
the
buttons are pressed.
The air-conditioner will start heating if
the temperature set is higher than the room
temperature.
The fan will run even if the temperature set is
lower than the room temperature.

Select the fan speed by pressing the
button.

Note
Cooling and heating mode cannot be selected at
the same time.
The heating mode can be selected only on the heat pump models.
