Troubleshooting
Clearing memory
You can selectively clear information stored in your machine’s memory.
1. Press
Menu
, then press
Memory Clear
on the one-touch keypad.
The display shows the options you can choose to clear.
1. SYSTEM ID : your system ID number and name are cleared from the
machine’s memory.
2. SYSTEM DATA : restores user-selectable options to the default value.
3. PHONEBK&MEMORY : clears the one-touch, speed dial, or group dial
numbers stored in memory. In addition, all
the schedule job operations you have
reserved are also canceled.
Note : If there is received data in memory to be printed you cannot clear
PHONEBK&MEMORY until printing it.
4. TX-RX JOURNAL : clears all records of transmissions & receptions.

want to clear is blinking.

Start/Enter
. The display asks you to confirm your selection.

to confirm. Or use

to choose ‘YES’, then press
Start/Enter
. The selected memory is cleared.
