and add 60-75 ml (4-5 tablespoons)
for 500-750 g.
Stir after cooking.
When cooking bigger quantities stir
once during cooking.

and put them in a suitable sized
glass pyrex bowl with lid.
When cooking 100-450 g add 15 ml
(1 tablespoon) water for 500-750 g
add 30 ml (2 tablespoons).
Stir after cooking and during
standing time. When cooking bigger
quantities stir once during cooking.
This programme is suitable for peas,
sweet corn, broccoli, cauliflower and
mixed vegetables such as peas,
carrots and cauliflower.
