Lift up and remove the battery.

Carefully slide the SIM card under the metal bracket and into the SIM card socket until the card locks into
place. Make sure that the card’s gold contacts face into the phone and that the upper-left angled corner of
the card is positioned as shown below.
Note:
If the card is not inserted correctly, the phone does not detect the SIM card. Remove the battery and
re-orient the card back into the slot.

Replace the battery:
•
Slide the battery back into the compartment so that the tabs on the end align with the slots at the bottom of the phone.
•
Press the battery down until it clicks into place.
