Getting started
Using Samsung Smart Home, you can control your dryer from your smart device remotely.
For improved performance, the content and design of the app is subject to change without
notice.
1.
Launch the Samsung Smart Home App on your smartphone.
2.
If ‘Dryer’ is not listed, tap
Add Device
>
Select other device
>
Dryer
on the app screen.
3.
Press and hold
Smart Control
on your dryer’s control panel for more than 5 seconds
until the ‘
AP
’ message appears on the display.
4.
When the device registration is complete, turn on the Smart Control function on
your dryer and you can monitor (gas models) or control (electric models) your dryer
remotely.
• For gas models, the Dryer app only serves as a monitoring device. You cannot use
any of the controls available on the app.
