Case 3: Connecting to an AV ampli

with a digital output jack
If your AV ampli

er has a Dolby Digital, MPEG2 or
DTS decoder and a digital input jack, use this
connection. To enjoy Dolby Digital, MPEG2 or DTS
sound, you will need to set up the audio settings.
According to your ampli

er, connect to an optical cable
or a coaxial cable. (See pages 30~31)

This allows you to connect your HDD & DVD

record their outputs.
