Digimax 230 requires electrical adjustments when certain parts are replaced.
The table below indicates the adjustments required for the respective part replacements.
※ When Main board is replaced, adjust certainly at the procedure as below.
AE Adjustment → AWB Adjustment → AF Adjustment → Flash Adjustment

The following tools are required for electrical adjustment.
▶ Program
Please contact to our website (www.ssa.net) and download the each programs.
▶ Equipment
- Light source box : Adjust AE at LV 12 and check at LV 15.
- AWB light box : Adjust AWB at Daylight/Fluorescen/Tungsten position.
▶ Chart
- AF chart : Please contact to our website (www.ssa.net) and print the AF Chart on the A3 size
paper from the “AFCHART.pdf ”
- Gray chart : Standard 31% Gray Chart.

a. Contact to our website www.ssa.net.
b. Connect the card reader to PC and format the CF card.(Please use the CF card unber the 16MB.)
c. Download the program[sktest03.bin] to CF card.
※ It will be changed the file name after downloading, please rename to the sktest03.bin.
d. Set the mode dial to PC mode.
e. Turn on the power of the camera after inserting the CF card.
It will be inspect every function of a camera as below sequence.
WIDE SHOT(FLASH OFF) → MACRO SHOT → NORMAL SHOT(FLASH OFF) → TELE SHOT(FLASH OFF)
→ WIDESHOT(FLASH ON) → SINGLE SHOT→ VOICE REC. → MOVE CLIP → SLIDE SHOW → DELET
