Erasing individual Phone Book entries
To erase an existing entry from the Phone Book.
1.
In standby mode, press
for Find
.
2.
Toggle
to highlight the Phone Book entry you wish
to erase and press
.
3.
Press
for
Erase. The phone prompts Yes
or No.
4.
Toggle
to
select
Yes or No and press
.
Erasing the entire Phone Book
You can erase all the numbers stored in your Phone Book,
which is useful if you want to give your phone to a friend or
family member.
1.
In standby mode, press
for Security
and enter your current 4-digit lock code.
2.
Press
for
Erase PBook. A confirmation message
displays asking if you still want to Erase.
3.
Toggle
to
Yes and press
. You’re asked to
confirm the erasure of your Phone Book.
4.
Toggle
to
Yes again and press
(or press
to cancel the operation). If you selected Yes, a message
appears in the display confirming the erasure.
Entering an e-mail address
To add an e-mail address to an existing entry in your
Phone Book:
1.
In standby mode, press
for Find. The
contents of your Phone Book appear in the display.
