ARTIK 530s Development Kit

Once the

Device Manager

window is open, plug the micro-USB cable into the micro-USB connector on the

ARTIK board. Check the COM number associated with the ARTIK board after connecting to the USB port. In
screen shot below the board is mapped to COM3.

Set up a PuTTY Terminal

3. Open or install a PuTTY console. If downloading of the console is required, it can be found at

www.putty.org

and is a free download. Follow the instructions to download the PuTTY console. The following is an example
of the PuTTY configuration window.
