Combi hybrid with fast connection kit wiring:

Disconnect the stat from the boiler and wire it to the fast connect.
Run a cable from fast connect to the boiler.
Connect a single power supply to the fast connect board.
Run a supply from fast connect to the heat pump outdoor unit
Connect the pre wired comms cable to the outdoor unit.
