10. Troubleshooting.
General troubleshooting diagram.
Defect: Cause: Remedy:
Hydraulic oil temperature too
high
Low oil level Check for leaks and top up
Speed of PTO shaft too high Check the speed
Working pressure too high Check the working pressure
Hydraulic oil level low Leakage in system Find leak and repair
Oil seal comes out of the
hydraulic motor Too high pressure on the
hydraulic system Use pressure-free return
Virtually no product is picked up
and product is left behind by the
machine Intake too high Adjust height of intake (see 5.6.2)
No power supply to remote
control Fuse has blown Replace fuse in main cabinet
Plug defective Check plug and replace if
necessary
Failing functions in the whole
system Voltage too low Check that the plug of the tractor
is minimal 12V
