The LED Status
LED Status Means Notes
Red light and Green light and Blue light
flashing alternately.
1. Wifi: the inverter is switched on for the first time, relative
parameter need be set by APP.
2. GPRS: enter the China safety immediately.
3. No communication module: enter the China safety in
two minutes.
When the inverter is switched on for the
first time, the safety and time parameters
should be set (include entering the test safety
automatically).
Green light flashing The inverter is self-checking and waiting for starting-up.
Green light on The inverter operates nomally.
Red light on Permanent fault Restart the inverter. If Red light is always on,
please contact with the customer-sevice.
Red light and Blue light flashing alternately. AC power fault No AC power, Grid frequency, AC voltage
over range and etc.
Please resort to the electrician.
Red light and Green light flashing alternately. FAN fault Please contact with the customer-sevice.
Red light flashing twice and Green light
flashing alternately.
RTC fault Reset the time by APP.
Red light flashing once and Blue light flashing
twice alternately.
ISO fault Please check the DC cable.
Red light flashing twice and Blue light flashing
once alternately.
GFCI fault Restart the inverter. If Red light is always on,
please contact with the customer-sevice.
Red light flashing twice and Blue light flashing
twice alternately
PV voltage is abnormal Please check the DC voltage.
Red light flashing Other recoverable faults Restart the inverter. If Red light is always on,
please contact with the customer-sevice.
Blue light on The inverter is upgrading. Make sure the inverter is not switched off.
