Reassembly fluid section
Place the upper block (23) on the tie-rods (5 and
2),
Place the cylinder (25) equipped with the seals
(24),
Fit the piston (lubricate the seal with neutral oil) into
the cylinder,
Place the lower body (36) on the tie-rods (5 and 2),
Place the seals (22) in the grooves of the upper
valve (35) and in the outlet flange (21).
Insert the upper valve (35) and the outlet flange
(21) and pre-tighten the 8 screws (20).
Mount the 2 connecting tubes (30) equipped with
2 seals (27) on the upper valve (35) and the outlet
flange (21).
Place the seals (22) in the grooves of the lower
valve (35) and the inlet flange (21).
Insert the lower valve (35) and the inlet flange (21)
and pre-tighten the 8 screws (20).
Tighten all screws (20) and 6 lock nuts (38).
Place the pump vertically (connection plate
upwards),
Couple the pump and the motor
