4.1.2.

 

Transport 

 

When driving on public roads always respect the local traffic regulations concerning warning lights. 

 

When approaching transportation of the aggregation of the arm and the circular saw, take off or 

partially disconnect PTO shaft from the tractor’s side.

 

 

Prior to the transport protect circular blades with an additional protective guard. 

 

When  transported  the  arm-saw  aggregate  shall  have  mobile  warning  light  device  and  warning 
triangle mounted for a slow driving vehicle. 

 

When transported the machine should always be set in transport position. See 

Fig. 6

. 

 

Any modifications in the circular saw's position are possible only if no vehicles or unauthorized 
personnel are around (children in particular).  

 

Driving speed should always be adjusted to current road conditions. 

 

Do not exceed permissible speed of 25 km/h.  

 

4.1.3.

 

Transport and delivery  

Both carrier and driver are responsible for machine transportation. All equipment and parts must 

be secured for transport. In order to move the machine onto any other means of transport follow the 
below rules. 

 

When hoisting do seize the points indicated for this purpose on the machine and labeled with a 
hook symbol (

For hoisting do use hoists with capacity bigger than the circular saw's weight as indicated on its 
data plate. It also applies to the necessary cables and chains, 

 

Transport belts, belt suspensions, ropes cannot be damaged. Whenever damages to these parts are 
found, replace these with new ones, 

 

When mounting  slings, chains, clamps, etc. always keep in mind the centre of gravity of the machine

For seizing the machines pick lines of adequate length, so that the angle between them was no 

greater than 120°, and the angle of inclination between the cable and the vertical was no greater 
than 60°,

 

 

collapsible elements should be locked in transport position, 

 

when  relocating  the  machine  onto  another  vehicle,  there  should  be  no  unauthorized  personnel 
permitted to remain within the danger area, 

 

The machine should be protected from shifting on the vehicle's trailer.
