Lift support feet and secure them with cotter pin.
Connect the mower's hydraulics to hydraulic connectors on the tractor.
Connect PTO shaft. If needed, shorten the shaft as in 5.2.
Mount the KDD two-sided mower on KDF front mower as follows:

Mount hitch triangle (

) on KDD mower using pins and hydraulic connector,
o
Drive up the set to the KDF mower and with use of earlier assembled hitch triangle join
both mowers (
Fig. 17b
),

Adjust the KDF mower's height by lifting it on the KDD lifter, so that the distance
between stopper (
O

) and mower's linkage is about 20 cm,

Lock the adjusted height using links on the KDD mower (
Fig. 18
).

control. Place the connected panel in the tractor.
As the mower is mounted on the tractor, examine the longitudinal balance and steering of the
tractor-mower aggregate. To do this, calculate to formulas given in the appendix or weigh the
set, and then drive on the scales only with front axis of the tractor (the mower must be in
transport position – lifted upwards). If the pressure on the front axis is at least 20% of the whole
set’s pressure, it means the set is stable. If not, front axis should be balanced).
