Troubleshooting
Compaction is too high
Weight of roller is too high.
Drain water from the roller frame and
body.
Compaction is too low
Weight of roller is too low.
Fill roller frame and body with water.
Silage edge compactor does
not move or moves very slowly
Hydraulic circut no properly
connected.
Check the oil flow circuit and correct
as necessary.
Insufficient hydraulic
pressure.
Check connection and correct as
necessary (contact specialist service
personel as needed).
Bent or damaged mechanical
components.
Have it repaired in a specialist
workshop.
Loss of oil in the cyllinder
Seals damaged.
Have the cylinder replaced or repaired
by a specialist workshop.
Hydraulic lines can not be
connected
System under pressure.
De-pressurize the system according
to the operating instructions of the
tractor.
Connection parts are
damaged.
Have the parts replaced by a qualified
workshop.
Objects damaged
Work not suited for this type
of attacment.
Adjust the operating pressure in the
system vehicle.
Warning: A reduction in the system
pressure, also means a reduction in
the contact pressure.
