This operator's manual is indispensable part of any gritter and is intended to familiarize
its future user with principles of proper operation and use of the machine as well as the risks
involved. Before first commissioning of the machine learn thoroughly the content of this
operator's manual and safety instructions herein.
Gobi gritter is designed to spread sand or salt onto walkways, streets, parking lots,
residential estates, squares. It is as well helpful in liming lawns and pitches. To ensure that the
machine is used as intended, requirements for operation, use and repair as recommended by
the manufacturer must be met and followed.
Apart from recommendations for the intended use of the machine, pay attention to its
maintenance, and keep it fully operational condition and use original spare parts only.
Gobi gritter should be used, operated and repaired only by personnel who are trained in
technical servicing and principles of safety procedures.
Provisions concerning accident prevention as well as any basic occupational health and
safety provisions and road traffic principles should always be followed.
The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from
unauthorised repairs as well as modifications of the gritter design without his prior permission.
Should you have any questions concerning commissioning and operation of the
machine, please contact the manufacturer’s service.
When Gobi gritter is sold to another user, the operator’s manual of the machine must be
handed to the latter with written confirmation of delivery of the manual.
