by-step increase of the rotation speed. To 

avoid spilling loose ingredients, before pour

-

ing them into a bowl, it is desirable to reduce 

the rotation speed to the lowest level. 

REMEMBER!

 Never insert knives, forks, 

spoons, and other such items into the bowl 

during mixing. 

6.  The appliance is equipped with a TURBO 

button 

, which turns on its maximum 

speed. It works in pulse mode, only while 

you are holding the button 

.

7.  The appliance should only be used for a 

maximum of 5 minutes at a time. Wait for 

20 minutes before using it again.

8.  Switch the knob 

 to “0” and disconnect 

the appliance from the mains when you are 

finished. 

9.  To take out the hooks or the whisks press 

the release button 

REMEMBER!

 When you are using the dough 

hooks to mix dough, flour may disperse to the 

edges of the bowl. Gather it with a spatula 

after turning the mixer off.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1.  Unplug the appliance.

2.  Clean the housing with a damp cloth.

3.  Wash the whisks or dough hooks under 

running water. Do not wash metal parts in 

a dishwasher. Aggressive cleaning agents

get darker. Clean them manually with tradi

tional washing up liquids. Rinse and dry.

4.  It is recommended to clean the accessories 

as soon as you have finished using the ap

-

pliance. This will allow to remove deposited 

sediments. It prevents the leftovers from 

drying out, which makes cleaning more ef

-

fective and easier, it also prevents bacteria 

from reproducing.

NOTE! Do not clean the appliance using sharp 

items, abrasive pastes, solvents and other 

strong chemical agents which may cause dam

-

age to the appliance. 
NOTE! To avoid the risk of electric shock, do 

not clean the appliance with water and do not 

immerse it in water.
