16 Configuring the HACCP logs
HACCP is an abbreviation for H azard A nalysis C ritical C ontrol P oints
HACCP logs are kept for 60 days. Once this 60-day period has elapsed, the logs are automati­
cally deleted.
For instructions on exporting data, see page 55 , figure 18 (only possible with USB activation option).
