HOW TO USE 

Setting the temperature

1. Plug in the Wine Cellar.
2. The temperature of the cellar is controlled by the temperature up (

p

and temperature down (

q

) buttons. Press either of their buttons to

increase or decrease the preferred temperature in increments of one
degree. The temperature can be set anywhere between 7°C to 18°C 
(45°F to 64°F).

3. The temperature displayed on the control panel is always the actual interior

temperature of the wine cellar. After inputting a desired temperature setting,
the display will indicate the desired temperature then switch back to the
actual interior temperature in approximately 3 seconds.

4. The wine cellar then will work towards the desired temperature.

NOTE:

The LCD background light will turn on when any of the 3 buttons are

press and turn off 1 minute after the last button is pressed.

NOTE:

The interior temperature can be set to between 7°C (45°F) and 18°C (64°F).
The wine cellar has the ability to maintain a temperature that is 18°C (32°F)
cooler than the ambient temperature. Therefore, if the ambient temperature is
higher than 36°C (97°F), the wine cellar may not be able to reach the desired
interior temperature.

Port / Sherry

10 - 14°C (50 - 57°F)

White / Rose wines

8 - 12°C (46 - 54°F)

CARE AND CLEANING

Always unplug the wine cellar before cleaning.

Wash the interior with a warm water and baking soda solution 2 tbsp.
(30 ml) of baking soda to 1 quart (litre) of water.

Wash the wine racks with water and a mild detergent.
