RICE PILAF
1/4 green pepper, diced
1/4 red pepper, diced
1/4 yellow pepper, diced
1 tsp. (5 ml) vegetable oil
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup long grain rice
1-2/3 cups chicken broth
Sauté peppers and onions in a skillet for 1-2 minutes. Combine rice,
chicken broth and pepper and onion mixture in the rice bowl. Place on
Steaming Tray, cover and steam for 50 – 55 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
