PLACEMENT OF THE COMPACT GRILL WITH LONG SLOT TOASTER 

 

When placing the appliance in your kitchen, ensure that the unit is kept away from flammable 

materials, and that there is sufficient space around the unit, as per the guide below: 

  Between the back of the unit and the wall: 4.5cm or more 

  Between the sides of the unit and other objects: 4.5cm or more 

  Between the top of the unit and other objects: 10cm or more 

Always ensure that one side of the unit is free of obstacles. This will reduce the risk of fire or 

heat damage.  Place the unit on a flat, stable, 

level, heat-resistant surface

 

 

BEFORE FIRST USE 

 

Before using this appliance for the first time, unpack the appliance and remove all protective 

packaging and wrappings.  Please ensure to discard the protective packaging and wrappings 

immediately.  It is important to keep these away from babies, infants and children for safety 

purposes.    

 

Clean the appliance by following the cleaning instructions provided in this manual.  Before 

operation, the power cable/ cord must be placed at the side of the appliance. The power cable/ 

cord must never touch any hot part of the appliance.  

 

 

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 

 

  Place the unit on a flat, stable, 

level, heat-resistant surface

  Ensure that all of the switches and dials are at the 

“OFF”/ “0” position.   

  Plug the unit into a wall socket and switch the wall socket
