To adjust the temperature, press the +/- Buttons to select from the 

following 10 settings: 
140 ºF, 175 ºF, 210 ºF, 250 ºF, 285 ºF, 320 ºF, 355 ºF, 400 ºF, 435 ºF,  

465 ºF
Celsius (ºC)
Press the On/Off Button to turn the unit on, then press the Temperature/

Power Selector Button until the 

o

C Indicator Light illuminates. The 

default temperature is 240 

o

C.

To adjust the temperature, press the +/- Buttons or slide your finger 

across the Slider Bar to select from the following 10 settings: 
60 ºC, 80 ºC, 100 ºC, 120 ºC, 140 ºC, 160 ºC, 180 ºC, 200 ºC, 220 ºC,  

240 ºC
TIMER Function
Auto-Off Timer
The Timer allows you to program the induction cooker to turn off after a 

certain time. 
Once you have chosen the desired cooking function (POWER or 

TEMPERATURE), press the Timer Button. The Timer Indicator Light will 

illuminate and the default time that will appear on the display screen is 

0:00.  Press the +/- buttons to adjust the cooking time from 1 minute up 

to 3 hours in increments of one minute. 

NOTE:

 The + Button will adjust the minutes and the – Button will adjust 

the hours.
You can also use the Slider Bar to set the timer. As you slide your finger 

across the Slider Bar, the time will increase in increments of 5 minutes. 

When you reach the end of the slider repeat the movement sliding your 

finger from left to right to increase the timer up to 3 hours. 
To decrease the Timer, slide your finger from right to left. Repeat, right to 

left motion, when you reach the end of the slider.  
Once you have selected the desired shut off time, press the Timer 

Button again or wait for the screen to blink 5 times, to confirm your 

selection. 
When the programmed time has elapsed the induction cooker will beep 

once and shut off automatically.

NOTE:

 If at any time during the cooking cycle you would like to cancel 

the ‘programmed time’ simply press on the Timer Button. The unit will 

beep and the Display Window will blink. Use the + and – Buttons or the 

Slider Bar to return the time to 0:00.
