STEP 10. Install left and right ankles
Find left and right ankles (14), (15) (note: "L" is left and "R" is right). Use the open-end wrench (A) to screw
the left ankle (14) counterclockwise, lock it into the left-hand crank threaded hole of the main frame (1),

STEP 11. Install the handle tube assembly. (This step requires 2 people
)
Find the handle tube assembly (6). One person places the handle tube assembly (6) close to the
arcuate sheet metal on the upper column assembly (5), and the other person connects the line inside
the handle tube assembly to the line in the upper column assembly (M) And (m), (L) and (l), (K) and (k),
(J) and (j) are connected, and after connecting, the thread ends are inserted into the upper column
