CLEANING AND CARE

Before any cleaning operation always switch off and disconnect the appliance
from the mains power supply and allow to cool. To keep your appliance in the good
condition it is vital to clean the appliance after every use.

A plastic tool is provided to help remove any food residue from the grill plates. This is easiest
to do when the plates have cooled to a safe handling temperature but are still slightly warm.
After removing any residue, use absorbent paper dipped in a little vegetable oil to finish
cleaning the grill plates.
Never immerse any part of the grill in water or place under the tap.
Wipe the external surfaces with a clean, damp cloth as required. The drip cup may be washed
in the dishwasher if required.
Do not use harsh abrasive cleaning products or solvents.
Never attempt to disassemble any part of the product for cleaning or any other purpose.
The latch plate on the right hand side of the handle is designed to hold the two grill plates
together for easy storage.
