from the scale.

The weight placed on the scale plus the Tare
weight is over 9 lbs 15.5 ounces. Remove the
weight from the scale.
After pressing the “WT HOLD”
Key and placing a weight on the
scale, the weight will not hold in the
display. The “

in the center of the scale.

“ON/OFF (TARE)” key. If problem is consistent
your scale may require calibration, see page 5.

WT HOLD KEY:
This key is used when you are unable to view the displayed weight because an item
is larger that the weight platter and display. Pressing this key will hold the stable
weight in the display.
To use the “Weight Hold” feature:
1.
Remove all items from the scale, making sure the scale is at zero weight.
2.
Press the “WT HOLD” key. The scale will display “
: 0.0”. The “:
” will flash
indicating the weight hold feature is active.
3.
Place an item on the scale, wait two seconds for the weight to become stable.
4.
When the weight becomes stable, the “
:
“ will no longer flash.
5.
Remove the item, from the scale. The weight of the item will be held in the
display.
6.
To remove the held weight, press the “WT HOLD” key.
NOTE: Only the held weight will transmit, when interfacing to a PC.
SLEEP MODE CONFIGURATION
The default setting for sleep mode is Off ( SLP0). The sleep mode can be configured
to On (SLP1) via keyboard. If there is no activity, the scale will turn itself off after 30
seconds.
The sleep mode can be changed, when needed, by the following
instructions:

Press the “LB-OZ/GRAMS” key to scroll

Press and hold the “ON/OFF (TARE)” key for 5 seconds to accept the
sleep mode setting and exit the configuration mode.
