WARNING:
•
Do not overload the drying plates. If you observe that they are bent under the
weight of the ingredients, spread the ingredients over more plates and dry them
on more plates. Otherwise, the drying plates may be irreversibly damaged.

Take the drying plates out of the dryer wearing heat

resistant kitchen gloves,
they can get very hot.
•
Never use baking paper, food foil or foil in the dryer.
