1. Remove Non Return Valve (NRV) (3 ) noticing its orientation using long nosed pliers and discard.
2. Remove float (26) noticing its orientation. Discard.
3. Remove pressure vessel(24) and vessel washer (25)
4. Remove Junction box (JB) box lid screws (8) using PZ2 driver and discard.
5. Repeat above steps for opposite pump side.
6. Remove JB lid (4) and retain.
7. Disconnect Hall Effect sensor (19) "HE" lead from PCB(15)
8. Snip cable tie that secures HE lead loom.
9. Remove 3 off M6 Cap Screws (21) and spring washers(20) and discard.
10. Using a 7mm OE Spanner push in Carstick 6mm bi pass tube (10) retaining ring and remove Pinlet
(12) leaving bi pass connected to the manifold (5)
11. Remove HE (19) from its housing (23) noting position
12. Remove and discard black O ring (18).
13. Fit new BLUE BOR (18) ensuring it’s not rolled and is flush. Engage Pinlet carstik (12) onto bi pass
tube and press into place ensuring level, O ring is sealed and HE sensor is secure in its housing.
14 Fit 3 off new spring washer (20) and M6 cap screw (21) and secure in clockwise stages to 2.3Nm
max. M6 allen wrench.
15. Repeat for opposite pump side if required.
16. Disconnect mains, motor and pressure switch cables noting their orientation.
17. Remove M4 Nut(7) and M4 washer(6) using 7mm deep socket. Remove earth cable from earth
stud.
18. Remove interface PCB (15)
19. Reconnect Pressure switch cables( PX Switch has no polarity ) as per diagram. Ensure cables are
routed via Junction box base .
20. Fit new PCB interface.
21. Reconnect Earth cable.
22. Secure with M4 Nut / washer to 1.95Nm +/- 0.15
23. Repeat for other side if required.
24. Reconnect both HE sensors , mains ,motors cables as per diagram. Ensure cables are routed via
junction box base cable slots and secured with cable ties (22)
25. Insert Float (26) into inner until it stops, in the same orientation as removed ,ensuring the magnet
faces the HE sensor
26. Insert NRV to stop position.
27. Repeat above steps for opposite pump side.
28. Refit Junction box lid checking no cables are trapped.
29. Resecure JB lid screws to hand tight.
30. Refit Pressure vessel and new vessel washer.
31. Reconnect couplers ensuring filter (30) and rubber washers (29) are seated correctly.
