Some extra functions can only be activated when the MP3 player is switched on. Use the
RPT
(REPEAT) button on the remote control to select the
playback mode:
ONE
: repeat current song,
ALL
: repeat all songs.
● When the power is turned on, playback of the last programme you were listening to starts again.
● The recommended file system for the memory: FAT32. Do not use an NTFS formatted memory unit!
● If the device does not play sound or does not recognise the USB/microSD memory, remove it, then reconnect the memory and select it again with
the MODE button. Switch the device off and on again if necessary.
● Only remove the external memory after switching to a different source with the MODE button or switching off the player. Otherwise, the data may
be damaged. Do not remove the connected external unit during playback!
● There is only one way to insert a USB/microSD device. If it gets stuck, turn it over and try again; do not force it! Do not touch the contacts with
your hands!
● Take care not to damage devices protruding from the device!
● Abnormal operation may be caused by the specific characteristics of the backup storage; this does not indicate that the device is malfunctioning!
● Do not charge devices (e.g. mobile phones) from the USB socket!
MP3 RECORDING TO USB/
microSD STORAGE
If you connect an external microphone (option) to the sound box, you can record the sound of it. Insert a USB memory unit. Press the
REC/REC PLAY
button and
REC
appears on the display. The same button is used to stop, save and play back the recording. Press and hold to play back your own
recording, press and hold again to exit. The currently playing back own recording can be deleted by pressing and holding the
PRI/DEL REC
button. If
no recording mode is activated, this button selects the microphone priority function.
● Each recording started on the storage device creates a separate MP3 file. It is recommended to manage and edit them by transferring them to
a computer.
● The recording between two presses of the REC button (start-stop) is always saved to a separate file.
● The volume and quality of the recordings may depend on the different signal sources and microphones.
● Do not store foreign files on the storage media, which cannot be played back with this device (e.g. movies, spreadsheets).
WIRED AUDIO INPUTS
The following input options are available to connect external devices with headphone output or audio output to the amplifier:
MIC IN
:
∅
6.3mm socket for handheld microphone (not included)
AUX INPUT
:
∅
3.5mm socket for headphone or LINE OUT output from an external device (mobile phone, tablet, computer, multimedia player, musical
instrument, CD/DVD...).
● The sound quality available depends on the quality of the audio signal provided by the external device and its volume and tone settings.
● It is recommended to turn off the volume control on the player and use it only on the sound box.
● A small signal (volume) input to the sound box may cause excess noise, and a too large signal may cause distortion. It is recommended to keep
the volume of the signal source at a medium level.
● A connection cable and, in some cases, an external converter may be required for proper connection.
● For more information, see the user manual of the device you intend to connect.
LED LIGHT EFFECT
A dual LED light effect is activated when the sound box is switched on. It can be switched off and on again. Press and hold the MODE/LED SW button
on the control panel of the sound box.
